As of February 2025 the rent is $1150 per month for the townhouses and $1200 per month for the single floor units. The security deposit is $1200. Please note that both the rent and security deposit are subject to change. Tenants pay all utilities. Please contact us to confirm that these prices are still valid.

Under our old policy some cats are currently grandfathered in. However, we are no longer accepting cats. Dogs are not allowed either. Tenants are permitted to have small caged animals without a pet deposit.

Our standard 2-bedroom units are all 998 square feet in size, not including the private basement area.

All apartments have their own private basement area providing ample storage space.

Yes. All applicants must pass a credit check according to our standards.

The Jack Jackter Intermediate School is conveniently located directly across the street from the apartment complex. All other Colchester schools are within 2 minutes driving distance.

Yes, we require a security deposit at the time of lease signing. The amount varies depending on the size of the unit, but it is typically equal to one month's rent.
